We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SAP Service Cloud Consultant to lead and support the end-to-end implementation of SAP Service Cloud (C4C - Customer Experience), with a focus on integration with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP’s CX suite, customer service business processes, and deep hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating SAP Service Cloud solutions within a SAP landscape.
What You'll Do:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SAP Service Cloud Consultant to lead and support the end-to-end implementation of SAP Service Cloud (C4C - Customer Experience), with a focus on integration with SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SAP’s CX suite, customer service business processes, and deep hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating SAP Service Cloud solutions within a SAP landscape.
What You'll Do:
- Lead or contribute to full lifecycle SAP Service Cloud implementation projects – from requirement gathering, blueprinting, and configuration to testing, deployment, and hyper care support.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze service operations and translate requirements into scalable SAP Service Cloud and S/4HANA Private Cloud solutions.
- Configure key service functionalities including tickets, SLAs, routing rules, workflows, notifications, and omnichannel support.
- Design and implement integrations between SAP Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) or other middleware (PI/PO, BTP, etc.).
- Customize and enhance SAP Service Cloud using SDK, PDI/Scripting, Mashups, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Execute data migration using Data Workbench and other tools; coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users and support staff.
- 10+ years of overall SAP experience with a minimum of 5+ years in SAP Service Cloud/C4C (Service).
- Strong grasp of customer service processes, including case/ticket management, SLA management, and omnichannel communication.
- Hands-on expertise in configuring business roles, workflows, UI adaptations, and screen flows.
- Proven experience with integrations involving SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud using SAP CPI, PI/PO, or APIs (OData, SOAP, REST).
- Familiarity with master data replication, transactional integration, and middleware mappings between C4C and S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP Service Cloud SDK and extensibility options.
- SAP Certification in Service Cloud or S/4HANA (preferred).
- Experience with customer self-service portals, Fiori apps, or BTP-based solutions is advantageous.

- Commitment: Up to 4–5 hours per day.
- Duration: 6–9 months with strong potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
