Your Role:

  • As a Project Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting SAP implementation projects by:
  • Assisting project managers in planning, tracking, and executing deliverables.
  • Coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, and updating task boards (JIRA/MS Project).
  • Shadowing senior leaders to learn SAP Activate methodology and best practices.
  • Helping prepare client reports, managing communications, and escalating risks.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
