About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team in Lisle, IL. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects while supporting senior project managers and delivery teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about learning the ins and outs of project management in the SAP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Coordinate between project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Help identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and status updates for leadership and clients.
• Facilitate meetings, take notes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
• Support resource planning and allocation for project needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years in project coordination or project management (SAP or tech projects preferred).
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar PM tools.
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment.
