SAP CPI / Integration Suite Consultant
We are looking for a skilled SAP CPI / Integration Suite Consultant to design, build, and support integration flows between SAP Sales Cloud V2, Service Cloud V2, and SAP S/4HANA (or SAP ECC).
Responsibilities
Build and maintain SAP CPI iFlows for end-to-end integrations between SAP Sales Cloud V2, Service Cloud V2, and SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
Configure Communication Systems and Communication Arrangements within SAP Sales/Service Cloud V2 to enable seamless data exchange.
Key Integration Scenarios:
Replicate master data including Business Partners, Accounts, Contacts, and Products.
Synchronize transactional data such as Quotes and Service Cases.
Technical Implementation:
Work with various protocols and APIs including OData, REST, SOAP, and IDocs.
Utilize standard SAP APIs and custom interfaces to meet business requirements.
Configure the SAP Cloud Connector to establish secure and reliable tunnels to on-premise ERP systems (ECC/S/4HANA).
Proactively monitor integrations using CPI monitoring dashboards, SAP logs, and tools like Postman to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
Support testing phases (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot defects, and assist during go-live and hypercare for all CPI-related components.
Work closely with the CX team and coordinate with the client’s ERP and Basis teams to ensure end-to-end delivery and alignment with best practices.
Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
Domain Expertise: Proven experience integrating SAP Sales Cloud V2 and SAP Service Cloud V2 with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC (on-premise, private cloud, or public cloud).
Technical Skills:
Strong expertise in building and maintaining CPI iFlows.
Deep understanding of OData, REST, SOAP, and IDoc protocols.
Hands-on experience configuring Communication Systems/Arrangements in SAP CX solutions.
Experience setting up and configuring the SAP Cloud Connector for on-premise connectivity.
Proficiency in troubleshooting using CPI monitoring, Postman, and SAP ERP logs.
Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) and SAP Integration Suite architecture is strongly preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a customer-facing, cross-functional environment. Must be a self-starter capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Work Conditions & Engagement Model
Location: Fully remote
Working Hours: Part-time, approximately 4 hours per day, with flexible scheduling and some overlap with US business hours as required
Engagement: Contract position
Duration: Project-based engagement of approximately 4.5–5 months
