About the Role:

We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our team on-site in Lisle, IL. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, solution design, and working closely with customers to deliver SAP solutions that align with their business needs. As a key technical advisor, you’ll work alongside sales, delivery, and customer teams to design, configure, and support SAP solutions, particularly in the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design and present SAP solutions tailored to client needs.
• Act as a technical expert on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, guiding customers through the solution architecture.
• Lead product demonstrations and workshops, showcasing SAP’s capabilities.
• Assist in the pre-sales process, helping define customer requirements and translating them into SAP solutions.
• Work closely with project managers and consultants to ensure seamless solution implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to SAP solutions.
• Stay up to date with SAP advancements and industry trends to provide cutting-edge recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in SAP solution engineering, pre-sales, or implementation consulting.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP BTP, or other SAP solutions is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integration, and business processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SAP tools, Fiori UI, APIs, and cloud-based ERP environments.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions.
